Pricing
All prices are in Euros and are correct at the time of publication. Where equivalent prices in other currencies are given, these are approximations based on the exchange rate at time of publication. Prices are subject to change throughout the year. We will notify our customers of any price changes to items within a package and offer the option to cancel an item which is subject to a price increase, should the client wish to do so.
Aphrodite Wedding Services cannot be held responsible for any alterations to policy, prices, venue specifications, schedules, menus etc. made by hotels or venue owners and operators. We are generally not notified in advance and we are in no position to prevent or influence such decisions.
It is the client's responsibility to make sure they have the current information for their chosen hotel or venue. You can, of course, specifically request the latest information from us and we will be delighted to oblige. However, such information is not automatically sent out to clients. The photos, prices and specifications on this website are published in good faith according to the information known to us.
The Daisy, Tulip, Forget Me Not and Violet packages are not interchangeable. If you wish to change items you would be more suited to the Pick & Tick package.
Payment
A 2010 wedding may be booked with payment of a minimum deposit of €165. Three months after booking, a further fee of €185 will be required. Both make up our administration fees and are non-refundable. For 2011 weddings the fees are slightly different, please contact us for details. Fees may be paid by credit card over the telephone.
The outstanding balance will be due upon arrival.
Suppliers
Aphrodite Wedding Services has worked with the same suppliers for over eight years and has every confidence in their professionalism. Should a client wish to use their own suppliers, this is not a problem. However, Aphrodite Wedding Services will not attend for the whole day, we will only attend up to the point of the wedding vows.
Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure you bring the correct documents with you to Cyprus. Details of the documents required can to be found on this website and in the “Legal Requirements” documentation which will be sent to you. Failure to bring the original and correct documents will result in your wedding being cancelled.
Schedule Changes
Aphrodite Wedding Services cannot be held responsible for any changes to your wedding time or date made by the municipality, church or hotel involved.
Cancellation by Client
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation charges will be made:

The relevant charge will be deducted before any refund is made.
Cancellation by Aphrodite Wedding Services
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if faced with Force Majeure, (i.e. unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could not avoid). These include but are not limited to oversight or errors by third parties, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or the threat of any of these. If we make such a cancellation, we will offer the client comparable alternative arrangements or a refund of all monies paid in respect of the client's booking.
It sometimes, if rarely, occurs that other situations arise, of a local nature, which are equally beyond our control. These include but are not limited to, failure of equipment, loss of water supply, loss of electricity supply or loss of access etc. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time period, then we will offer alternative, comparable or better arrangements. This offer applies only in the case of problems with an individual venue. It does not apply, for instance, to an area wide loss of services.
Complaints
If you have a complaint during your stay regarding your wedding arrangements, you must inform an Aphrodite Wedding Services representative immediately and that person will do their best to resolve the problem on the spot. Aphrodite Wedding Services will not entertain complaints submitted retrospectively if we were not informed at the time of the occurrence.

Whilst we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, Aphrodite Wedding Services will not be held responsible for errors or omissions and no warranty is implied or given. All photographs on this web site are the property of Aphrodite Wedding Services or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Photographs may be digitally altered and/or cropped for performance reasons.
