The Civil Wedding Ceremony |
|
Aphrodite Wedding Services offers both Civil and Church wedding
ceremonies, conducted in English. We have a fine selection of popular
venues, traditional or contemporary and a reception can be
arranged at one of the many local restaurants or hotels. |
|
Wedding ceremonies in Cyprus are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Public
Holidays. Once you arrive at your resort your wedding co-ordinator will
contact you. |

PRIVATE RECEPTION VENUES
|
|
FANTASTIC NEW WEDDING VENUE for the 2008 season.
At the Rising Star Hotel in Protaras, we have the most perfect location. A really private wedding reception venue overlooking the
sea! We do not have all the pictures at the moment, but we have seen the
location and its fantastic.
This hotel offers a choice of reception venues (like the Yiana Maria
Restaurant). Book early to reserve this fantastic new venue. Menu and
prices will be available in March 2008. |

It is getting increasingly difficult to find a private venue for your
reception. Especially, one where you can overlook the sea and enjoy
great food. We are, therefore, proud to present our new marquee outside
of the Evandrea Restaurant in Protaras. Here you will find great food
and wine to suit every palate. This romantic venue features an excellent
children's play area, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the day. With
seating for 25-30 and menus from 6- 12 per head, this is a truly
unique venue, where you will be the only bridal couple present on your
special day! |

A beautiful venue for your wedding is the Deryneia Folkloric Museum. It
is especially interesting to have your wedding ceremony in a
traditional Cypriot house (which incidentally has been turned into a
museum). The museum gives a glimpse of life in Cyprus in a previous era,
with carvings, pottery and hand-woven cloth. There is also a large,
traditional "wedding bed" in brass with lace curtains. The curtains were
traditionally sewn by giggling, unmarried girls to illustrate the purity
of the newly weds.
This venue is very popular. The ceremony is performed by a Marriage
Officer and is a real must for those who want a romantic
civil ceremony with a difference! |

This is, in our opinion, one of the nicest civil town hall venues. The
service is conducted by the Mayor along with his assistant Pantelitsa.
This venue is very highly recommended by previous clients and by
Aphrodite Wedding Services. |

There are many excellent venues for weddings and receptions here in
Cyprus, and this is one of our client's favourites. The Capo Bay Hotel
has the benefit of an indoor civil wedding room and an outdoor civil
wedding area. The facilities are truly excellent, making it one of the
nicest venues for your wedding and/or reception. |

This venue is in Ayia Napa and just a short walk from the sandy beaches

The Nissi Beach Holiday Resort overlooks the crescent-shaped Nissi Bay.
It is favoured for it's prime location on one of the most picturesque
beaches in Cyprus, with excellent swimming conditions. The hotel is
